Job Description
                        We are on the hunt for Client Care Administration, you will play a crucial role and being an ambassador for the business and their outstanding reputation.
To ensure post installation, takeover of services from a competitor, or where a service and maintenance contract is in place, that throughout the contract duration the client
What to expect:
	- Develop new strategies for customer retention activities.
 
	- Respond to client queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
 
	- Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals.
 
	- Analyse customer feedbacks and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
 
	- Provide excellent client services and ensure client satisfaction.
 
	- Build positive working relationships with clients for repeat businesses.
 
	- Explain to clients about new products and benefits.
 
	- Make sales calls to existing and new clients for business growth.
 
	- Perform client negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both Securitas and client perspectives.
