My client is looking for an experienced Change Manager to take responsibility for delivering change within an organisational readiness programme

In order to be considered for this role you should have a strong demonstrable experience as a Change Manager and have knowledge of TPA or wrap platforms

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must have a strong understanding of the Operations function within an asset management, platform business or third party administrator. Experience of delivering complex change into Operational areas Experience of updating Process Maps and Procedures Documents Good understanding of process controls Experience of business readiness Problem solving - ability to understand challenges and help find resolutions.
