- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of all staff expenses
- Bi-monthly payment runs
- VAT reconciliations - monthly
- VAT return - quarterly
- Raise sales invoices
- Credit control
- Monthly accruals and prepayments
- Post payroll journal, filing admin, pension admin
- Monthly  review
- Assist with audit queries
- New customer  and supplier requirements
- Admin, filing, receipts
