• Dealing with supplier invoices including input onto Sage Accounts Software.
• Supplier payment preparation ready for checking and authorization by Accounts Manager.
• Dealing with supplier invoices and statements including reconciliation
• Entering Sales invoices onto daily spreadsheet and Sage job costing software
• Production of retention Invoices and backup paperwork
• Chasing unpaid retention
