                        Job Description
                        
	-  Assisting with the day to day management of the sales and purchase ledger function
-  Raising sales invoices and recording payments received on clients account
-  Monitoring aged debt and supporting the sales team in the recovery of overdue accounts
-  Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and allocating nominal codes
-  Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BACs payments
-  Assisting with the reconciliation and closure of ledgers in accordance with month - end timetable
