Job Description
- Inputting and processing invoices;
- Help the finance manager prepare for weekly payment runs;
- Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner;
- Raise sales invoices;
- Inputting and checking of staff expenses prior to approval;
- Chasing outstanding debts;
- Process cash and cheque transactions;
- Bank and petty cash reconciliation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- AAT qualified or actively studying;
- Previous experience working in transactional finance is essential;
- Good Excel skills;
- Confident to work independently;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Eager to learn and take onboard training.
