Job Description
- Maintaining the purchase ledger – matching invoices processing invoices and making monthly payment runs;
- Assisting in the preparation of month end – prepayments and fixed assets reconciliation;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Monitoring the finance inbox for invoice queries;
- Submitting and processing staff expenses;
- Checking VAT codes accurately match purchases made.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Activity studying AAT;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Experience using NetSuite would be desirable;
- Driven and progressive, looking to develop a career in finance;
- Self-motivated and able to carry out task independently;
- Strong attention to detail.
