Job Description
- Assisting with the monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and process month end Journals
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Accurate preparation of weekly payment runs
- Assist with supplier reconciliations
- Responsible for raising all customer invoices
- Cash allocation
- Reconciliations of multiple bank accounts in multi-currencies
- Assisting with the month end close
- Assist with VAT returns
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- AAT qualified and or early stages of ACCA / CIMA
- Previous experience working in a Finance Assistant role
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written
- Strong team player
