Job Description
Bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assisting with month end duties.
Management of internal operations solution, covering time recording, expenses, disbursements and project creation to include -
Running reports
Data entry
Processing data
Raising of VAT invoices
Logging invoices
Invoice submission to clients
Liaising with the directors over expense/timesheet and approvals
Liaising with third party accountants.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced MS office skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Be well organized
Have the competency to priorities multiple tasks
Able to work to strict deadlines/juggle workloads
Comfortable working both in a team and independently
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience in a similar role is preferable
