Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the delivery of timely and accurate month-end close
- Develop and maintain a best practice accounting function with the standardization of processes.
- Resolve issues with country level teams
- Manage local statutory accounts across the region
- Manage cash reporting and treasury requirements
- Manage a team of five local Financial Controllers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified accountant ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA
- Experience of complex multinational, multi-currency environments
- Experience managing auditor relationships
- Comfortable working in fast paced high growth environment
- Excellent communication
