Job Description
- Account reconciliations and bank processing
- Reporting
- Credit control and debt collection
- VAT returns
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance and other related tasks
- Dealing with all Month end responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing payroll
- Bookkeeping using Xero accounting software up to the trial balance
- Maintaining and organizing the necessary records/files
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Finance graduate / ACCA/ CIMA part qualified
- Excellent knowledge of Xero and Excel
- 2-4 Years Book keeping experience
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Previous experience with royalties and a multi-currency environment would be an advantage
- Willingness to progress into an advanced role with more responsibilities
- Ability to ultimately manage all accounting functions independently within 4-6 months
