Job Description
- To drive efficiencies and standardization of central tasks.
- To manage and be point of contact for all central recharges across record labels.
- To assist with month end duties for record labels.
- Upload of ledger balances into the central finance system.
- Forecasting - working with the label finance teams to accurately forecast artist spending.
- Responding to ad hoc requests for analysis and reporting from labels.
- Become a key initial point of contact dealing with internal and external label queries.
- Responsible for processing employee expense claims across record labels.
- Accurate and prompt invoicing of recharges to inter-company and third parties.
- Continually improve current processes
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- MUST have 12-18 months experience in a similar role within media
- Strong communication skills
- Good organization of self and others
- Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced team
