                        Job Description
                        
	- Supporting the Director with the management of the day to day accounts and finance function
 
	- Managing the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers and completing month-end reconciliations
 
	- Preparing cash book records, reconciling with monthly bank statements and investigating any variances
 
	- Managing credit control function, chasing overdue client payments and minimising the risk of bad debt
 
	- Processing weekly and monthly staff payrolls and preparing monthly PAYE returns for the HMRC
 
	-  Producing a wide range of  reports and assisting the Accountant with end of year processes
