Job Description
- Multi-currency bank reconciliations, General Ledger reconciliations and reconciliations using online reconciliation portal;
- Create intercompany invoices;
- Creation of journals and analysis and prepare journals for Credit Cards;
- Online banking transfers i.e. refunds, funding transfers, payments, template creations;
- Concur late fees – check each account, email/chase, arrange payments/refunds;
- Prepare journals, invoices monthly reports for regional controllers;
- Channel Tools rebate claims – register, obtain invoices, download for payment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong reconciliation skills and a god understanding on Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- This role will interact with junior and senior members so a versatile communication style will be required;
- Team player approach is key as this role will be part of a small team work very closely with one another.
