Job Description
Process all supplier invoices and employee expenses.
Process payments to suppliers.
Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues.
Issue invoices to clients.
Manage collection of cash from clients.
Allocate cash receipts against invoices.
Deal with invoicing queries from clients.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accounting technician or broad experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
2+ years' experience of working as part of a finance team, preferably within a commercial services or logistics organization.
IT literate, with experience of working with ERPs (the company uses Cargowise) Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Well organized & structured work ethic.
Flexible, hands on, willing to be involved in all financial aspects of the business.
