- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with a good foundation in accounting and controls
- Rounded technical skills and expertise across a range of accounting areas
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and leverage these to shape decision making
- Analytical skills - ability to identify core issues
