Job Description
Setting up new customer and supplier accounts and maintaining the database
Chasing up of Aged Debtors
Keeping a weekly supplier chase list and administer the supplier pay run
Matching receipts and invoices to the credit card statements and chasing up missing receipts and invoices
VAT returns, bank reconciliations, month end statements, petty cash and investigating errors
Inputting of supplier invoices onto the Sage and SimPRO system and sending out customer invoices
Input and maintain employee/sub contractor’s working weekly hours
Franking and Posting all Mail
Interact with Directors/Managers/team members providing general/admin assistance
Maintain office refreshments/stationery stock/office cleaning supplies and order supplies as required
Responsible for customer care and customer service at all times
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient IT skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
To work effectively as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills: written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to work without supervision
Good telephone answering skills
A can-do attitude, flexible, reliable, and energetic
Ability to be passionate, energetic, driven with a desire to succeed
Adaptable to changing situations
A positive attitude and enthusiasm
The ability to communicate well at all levels
Able to work autonomously and as a team player
