Job Description

You will play a key role in our finance team, and support both our Havant and Warwick operations with:

• Ongoing revue and analysis of each Balance Sheet Account including all required reconciliations;
• Control of all aspects of monthly and annual financial reporting and review of supplier and employee payment runs;
• Preparation of all monthly and annual statutory returns including Corporation Tax, VAT and ONS returns;
• Acting as key liaison with both internal and external auditors;

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A relevant academic background and qualification in a finance or accounting discipline.
• Detailed experience working within a financial control role, ideally within a large or complex organization
• Proactive "self-starter" mindset with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Strong IT skills and the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment are essential
• Previous experience of reviewing and implementing internal controls would be advantageous
