Job Description
- Completion of Financial Accounting processes at regular intervals and reviews of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly)
- Line Management and development of 2 members of staff
- Ensuring the organization conducts business within its banking facility by working on regular cash flow forecasts
- Acts as a key internal contact for all Financial Accounting related queries
- Be an active member of the Finance team to share knowledge and best practice as appropriate
- Financial ad hoc requirements - Ad hoc requirements to work on a number of business activities as requested
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong all round accounting knowledge/experience
- Experience in a commercially driven and customer facing environment
- Prior experience using a variety of accounting systems
- Intermediate or advanced MS Office applications experience (especially Excel)
- Line management experience is ideal
- Full Accountancy Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAS etc.) is ideal
