Job Description

The FP&A Systems Lead is a key role in delivering data/information, streamlining process /procedures, and driving operational efficiencies. The role will encourage creative thinking and innovation, through analysis and technology. The role will also support the Director of EMEA FP&A with ad hoc projects to assist with the company’s strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the automation and digitization of finance processes (month end, reporting, budgeting, and demand planning) using D365 and other tools as necessary (e.g., Power BI)
• Quality assures systems inputs, reconcile outputs to inputs
• Develop and maintain the efficiency of the tool. Lead the phase 2 development of company on behalf of EMEA
• Report creation and maintenance
• Master data management and alignment across systems
• Manage system access and user roles in accordance with relevant company security measures
• Train and support staff on the use of finance systems, primarily D365 reporting
• Leverage data and information from key systems to develop value add analysis and insight to support finance partners for benchmark analyses and to aid decision making.
• Tracking the Forecast Accuracy and management of the Finance KPIs
• Leverage data and information from key systems to support the preparation of high-quality material for EMEA President, Global Finance and Board reports and meetings.
• Establish good working relationships with Controlling Team, HQ Finance and Affiliate Finance to ensure fit for purpose reports in key systems

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desired but not necessary
• Passionate about finance systems and adding value to organizations
• Analytical experience
• Good technical (accounting) knowledge
• Highly proficient IT skills and abilities, as well as embedding new systems. Current systems in use include Microsoft Dynamics, Excel
