Job Description

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing the operational financial plans which are focused on delivering the strategic objectives of the business, as well leading a team of 5 Analysts and Business Partners.
Main duties include:

• Acting as the lead voice of Finance on Operations leadership team, considering broader business factors and sharing opinions to drive business delivery
• Delivering financial reporting on operations performance, with insight and challenge to support annual budget delivery
• Leading budget setting process to ensure challenging but achievable budgets
• Coordinating a continuous improvement programme
• Oversight of labor tracking and modelling
• Reviewing approval of capital business cases
• Leading and mentoring the Operations Finance Team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Proven experience in high level business partnering, budget setting in a fast-paced multi-site environment
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent communication style, credible and confident demeanor
• Proactive approach to problem solving and demonstrating initiative
