Job Description
                        You'll be responsible for developing and implementing the operational financial plans which are focused on delivering the strategic objectives of the business, as well leading a team of 5 Analysts and Business Partners.
Main duties include:
	- Acting as the lead voice of Finance on Operations leadership team, considering broader business factors and sharing opinions to drive business delivery
 
	- Delivering financial reporting on operations performance, with insight and challenge to support annual budget delivery
 
	- Leading budget setting process to ensure challenging but achievable budgets
 
	- Coordinating a continuous improvement programme
 
	- Oversight of labor tracking and modelling
 
	- Reviewing approval of capital business cases
 
	- Leading and mentoring the Operations Finance Team
