Job Description

This is a key hire within the business and the appointed candidate will support the senior leadership team (deputizing for the MD when required).

The role will involve the following duties:

• Management of a small finance team.
• Cash flow management.
• Producing consolidated monthly accounts.
• Working closely with overseas parent company.
• Working in conjunction with the IT team and supporting with IT upgrades.
• Producing budgets and forecasts.
• Running the year-end audit process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (or qualified by experience).
• Manufacturing sector experience is desirable.
• Experience of an ERP system implementation is desirable.
• A proven leader.
• A knowledgeable Accountant who has reported under UK GAAP.
