Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor your key duties with be:- Speaking with clients via incoming calls
- Responding to client emails
- Taking and processing clients orders
- Produce client quotes
- Deal with any client queries or complaints
- Make clients aware of offers where appropriate
This role with attract a salary of between £16,500 - £18,500 per annum dependant on experience.
The ideal candidates will have Customer Service experience in similar duties to the above.
This a permanent, full-time role.
The hours of work are:
9:45am - 6pm (Monday - Thursday)
10am - 6pm (Friday)
