Job Description

The role of the Estimator - Door Maintenance Services will involve:

• Estimator position producing quotes and estimates for door maintenance service contracts to end user customers (anyone with automatic doors, roller shutter doors, manual doors, facades and window & door glazing)
• Dealing with inbound enquiries
• Producing quotations for customers
• Following up quotations to increase sales
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Build and develop relationships to encourage repeat business
• Will be producing estimates for £2m worth of work per month

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must have estimating experience within the construction industry
• Ideally will have experience using LogiKal/V6 estimating software
• Must have experience producing quotes and following up
• Ideally will be degree level educated, however not essential
• Must be a motivated, positive individual
• High attention to detail and good time management
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Must be able to work in a team and individually
• Ideally technically savvy
