Job Description
- Collecting accounts receivable
- To collect Debt over designated countries
- To develop/maintain positive relationships with clients
- To provide support service to the sales team
- To process manual invoices and supporting sales transactions
- To apply order to bank processes
- To supply customer information as required
- To manage applicable customer accounts and ensuring accounting practices are applied
- To communicate issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Various other administrative tasks
