Job Description

• Daily banks statements reconciliation and query resolutions
• Monthly customers statements
• Weekly reconciliation of key accounts
• Debt collection and query resolution
• Intercompany balance reconciliations
• Review CRM database for new customers and carry out credit check
• Setting up new contacts in Sage ensuring both revenue and cost budgets have been set up

Standard hours Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30
Car owner / own transport or local candidate preferred as poor public transport links to the office.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience:

• accounting: 1 year (preferred)
• credit control: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (preferred)
