                        Job Description
                        
	- To monitor daily revenues and costs
 
	- To prepare the weekly and monthly food and beverage cost reports, accurately reconciling all activities
 
	- To lead the weekly food and beverage cost meeting sharing above findings and offering analysis of data
 
	- To investigate the differences between the actual and theoretical results and report findings, variances and potential improvements to management
 
	- To ensure that recipes are created accurately and timely on the purchasing system and costed out to yield profit
 
	- To maintain the purchasing system on an ongoing basis in terms of recipes and selling prices
 
	- To conduct inventory reconciliation and analysis for all outlets including variance investigation and reporting
 
	- To prepare any adhoc/ bespoke financial or purchasing-related reports as required
 
	- To conduct cost analysis based on purchases and/or sales in order to make recommendations to save costs or maximize profits
 
	- To monitor ‘best-selling’ and ‘least popular’ sales items and advise relevant parties accordingly so reviews can be undertaken
