The duties of the Financial Controller include but are not limited to:
	- Ownership of a legal entity within the group with a turnover of £35m.
 
	- Ownership of month end management accounting process reporting financials into the CFO.
 
	- Monthly analysis and reporting including variance to budget and longer term planning. This will include sales and margin analysis, working capital reporting etc.
 
	- Business partnering key stakeholders across the business to provide insightful commercial analysis.
 
	- Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting process.
 
	- Actively seeking ways to improve and drive performance through creation of financial controls and processes.
 
	- Management of the finance department including transactional and PQ teams.
 
	- Ad-hoc duties when required.
