Job Description

We are looking for an accountant to join their finance team. The role of Junior Accountant is to join the finance team and support the financial controller and Junior Accountant in

• Bank reconciliations
• Account payables and Account receivables management
• Inputting invoices into sage/QuickBooks
• Assist the Financial Controller in the development and improvement of internal systems
• Experience working with ADP and payroll is a plus

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of SAGE 50 accounting system would be an advantage. Knowledge of QuickBooks also a plus
• Analytical mind, strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving
• Studying. towards ACCA or CIMA qualified or very nearly qualified or qualified accountant in your country
• Strong Excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Work well under pressure with tight deadlines and maintain a good sense of humor
• French, Italian or Spanish language an advantage

Experience:

• accounting: 1 year (preferred)
• credit control: 2 years (required)
