• Responsible for managing a ledger including 30 key accounts totalling £3 million a month
• Chasing outstanding debts
• Dealing with some large key accounts on portals
• Checking sales invoicing
• Resolving invoice queries
• Adjustments
• Liaising with operations to resolve queries
• Cash allocation
• Reconciling accounts
• Sending out monthly statements
• Managing the invoice finance facility
• Monthly meeting with the Financial Controller
• Monthly aged debt reporting and analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Credit control experience is essential
• The ability to work in sole charge capacity
• Ability to prioritise
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Excel & Access would be beneficial
