Job Description

You will contribute to our vision of being the UKs favorite property manager by:

• Owning financials for the Property Management Division 
• Accelerate growth through organic and acquisitive channels
• Leading the finance team
• Ensuring correct governance in place at all times
• Support Operational colleagues deliver on budgets and forecasts

Main Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Finance team to deliver an excellent accounting and financial control function
• Identify areas for improvement and deliver continuous enhancements to current processes and controls
• Partner the wider business to ensure finance is at the heart of all decision making processes
• Own budgeting, forecasting and reporting on monthly and quarterly basis
• SME for tax and VAT – working closely with group finance
• Commercial pricing lead, ensuring robust processes are followed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experienced accountant with commercial acumen - ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly motivated and pro-active self-starter who has demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong customer focus with excellent organization skills
• Previous experience in property management based environment would be advantageous
• Team player and able to lead by example
• Intermediate to advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience of using Salesforce & Adaptive Insight preferable
