Job Description

• Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and control to identify issues arising
• Supplier set up forms – including entering bank details
• Utilities – review and first stage authorization on Docuware
• Rent, rates, service charge – review and first stage authorization on Docuware
• Weekly Third Party Debtors reconciliations and postings e.g. Time Out, Wowcher, 99 Comedy
• Issue invoices to Third Parties
• Yearly statutory accounts
• Review quarterly bonus calculations for Sales team
• Intercompany reconciliations within the group
• VAT workings, upload to HMRC and payments
• Authorization of payments on Barclays as required
• Main Finance point of contact for all departments and venues
• Cash flow
• Takings reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Web bookings/Fatsoma/Tonic/Skiddle reconciliation
• Review and action deposit refunds
• Review weekly payment run
• Upload weekly payment run to Barclays
• Credit Card reconciliation and posting
• Promoter commission calculations
• Monthly management accounts

REPORTING

• Weekly venue P&L
• Weekly head office P&L to include wage reconciliation
• Weekly sales report
• Weekly cost report
