Job Description

The exciting role will give the right candidate an opportunity to plan and carry out day-to-day customer services activities, so as to maintain and develop the business, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Responsibilities:

  • Operating office machines: computer, software, printer, scanner, shredding machine, phone, calculator, etc.
  • Updating computer records on a day-to-day basis
  • Typing letters, emails and reports
  • Dealing with course enquiries face-to-face, via email, by chat, by telephone and on social media
  • Interpret requests/queries and respond clearly and effectively to them
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Plan and priorities sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims
  • Create email marketing campaigns + Track and measure campaign successes
  • Help with offline marketing as needed, make and receive telephone calls, dealing with course enquiries via emails and social media, customer service duties as appropriate
  • Setting up meetings and taking notes during them
  • Making travel arrangements for staff
  • Update all our social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • React and respond to any social media approaches by customers e.g., reply to tweets, Facebook messages, etc.
  • Carry out market research, report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
