Job Description

The purpose of the role is to provide effective ad efficient administration support to the scheduling, voids and operational teams. You will provide a high level of administration and customer service support, building effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and the client and tenants externally.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are keen to speak to experienced administrators with excellent IT and customer service skills. You will need to be competent in maintaining and updating electronic documents and filing as well as scheduling appointments with customers. You will be passionate about providing a first class service to the residents and be able to resolve any issues confidently and in a timely manner.
