Control

• Designing and implementing internal system controls (preventative and detective) to provide quality assurance over financial data.

• Troubleshooting and fixing finance related system issues.

• Reviewing systems performance and identifying system issues.

• Manage and coordinate environments during month end, budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting cycles.

• Perform security maintenance on applications.

• Manage the users and provision groups and users access rights.

Development

• Managing system upgrades with the IT department

• Build and maintain financial reports required by the wider finance team.

• Collaborate with the global finance teams to understand their business needs and translate them into Hyperion reports and/or Hyperion enhancements

• Develop link from Microsoft AX to Hyperion using FDMEE so uploads are automatic for weekly and monthly data ensuring appropriate controls are in place

• Develop automated financial board pack from Hyperion to enable team to move away from legacy system

• Work with teams to design and build balance sheet and cashflow models from Hyperion.

• Provide a consistent and approachable point of contact for stakeholders

• Training and supporting global finance team members in the use of financial systems and procedures, instilling best practice ways of working

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Detailed Hyperion knowledge; Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and HFM/FCCS

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and XL cubed

• Currently working in a systems role, ideally in a retail environment

• Qualified CIMA/ACCA/HFM

• Experience working with statutory accounts/group focused role
