Job Description
- Entry of reinsurance contracts onto XLPro
- Month end and quarter end reinsurance processes
- Raise collections.
- Issue Premium adjustments
- Monitoring of Reinsurance programme information
- Reporting of reinsurance matters to the Underwriting Committee
- Investigation and correcting USM and SCM messages ensuring correct allocation to policies and claims.
- Monitoring of internal claims adjusters authorities
- Monitor, review and report claims adjusters KPI’s
- Administer annual review of internal claims adjusters authorities
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent),
- Insurance accounting knowledge, preferably gained in the London/Lloyd’s insurance market.
- Good working knowledge of insurance/reinsurance contract types, structures, clauses and operation. (Desirable)
- Experience working with Insurance/Reinsurance systems (Desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and control skills to ensure integrity of data,
- Knowledge of Excel (intermediate); Word (intermediate)
