Job Description
- Maintaining data and records for audit purposes
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Credit card reconciliation
- Help drive to improve current department accounts process and assist in providing monthly ad hoc KPI reports on both activity and performance
- Maintain integrity particularly with regard to financial policies, procedures and external standards and regulations.
- Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in the Admin function
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven experience within Finance
- Experience within Logistics would be an advantage but not essential
- Good team working skills with a commitment to working proactively and reactively
- Strong and accurate attention to detail
- Ability to priorities and show initiative
- Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to follow procedure and complete all work to a high standard
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders on all levels
