Job Description
Provide secretarial and administrative support for directors including diary management
Preparation and processing of all contractual documentation including printing/ binding/ issuing
Managing incoming post, correspondence and telephone calls
Processing of dept. invoices and raising Purchase Orders via accounts system
Supporting admin tasks via an internal documentation system
Office Manager duties including incoming calls/office-related ordering, managing and maintaining meeting rooms
Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as and when they arrive duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Desirable administration experience (min 3 years)
Previous or current experience with PA-related duties including diary management
A-level education or equivalent as a minimum
Good skills with Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS programs.
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong willingness to assist where possible
Excellent communication skills with other team members
Friendly can-do attitude towards work
Excellent attention to detail
Good telephone manner
Able to use initiative
Able to demonstrate discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
