Job Description
Maintain regular contact with candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the process
Write job adverts and post online (job-boards, social media etc.)
Play a key role in Employer Branding and Social Media projects
Work closely with universities and local colleges/schools to increase brand awareness
Lead social media takeover days to promote our graduate opportunities
Participate in local recruitment events
Work cross functionally to provide support to our Adhesives, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care teams and functions
Look at current our Recruitment processes and support with process improvements
Provide administrative support including but not limited to invoice management, order processing, raising PO, scheduling interviews
Support the resolution of general recruitment queries both internally and externally
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Degree educated, or equivalent in Business, Human Resources Management or related field
Be passionate about working in a fast paced and vibrant environment
Ability to work in a team
Demonstrate initiative, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Hold excellent organization skills with the ability to manage priorities
Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organization, and administration skills
Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
