Job Description
- Generation of monthly management accounts for all key entities and subsequent production of client invoices
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all entities
- Collate & update weekly flash reports from all sites
- Daily cash flow updates
- Production & submission of quarterly VAT Returns
- Be involved in the budgeting and forecasting process for each of the companies
- Prepare monthly site packs for each of the operators to review and work with the operators and senior team to identify errors
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of all month end/accounting procedures but especially accrued income, stock movement, accruals & prepayments
- Must have multi-site experience
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
