Job Description
Arranging business trips; flights, and accommodation for SLT as required
Diary management and others, as required
Inbox management and submitting expense claims on her behalf
Liaising with Group EA to book board meetings, help prep the board pack (review for spelling) and get involved in taking the Board minutes
Managing the Receptionist/ Office Admin, incl. regular catch-up, assist her with the day-to-day running of the office
Booking external meeting rooms, managing payments
Approving invoices or raising POs via Procurement, liaise with Finance regarding any payment issues/ queries/ progress as required
Dealing with any HR requirements/ sensitive information (objective setting and reviews)
Assisting with the Office Refit, coordinating projects, giving regular updates to staff
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Confident and capable of communicating with staff at all levels
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Proactive, solution-focused and able to run with ideas
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and to strict timescales
Extremely well organized and able to multi-task
Reliable and confidential, able to work on own initiative
