Job Description
- Ensuring listings are ready for the live auction
- Uploading photos, videos & documents
- Making sure car histories are photographed (with keys) and filed away correctly
- Reading through and uploading text to listings
- Greeting customers when they arrive and helping with their needs
- Getting paperwork ready for cars leaving
- Answering queries on the phone and on live chat
- Preparing ads on websites such as eBay, Classic Trader & Piston Heads
- Greeting customers and dealing with their request
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Be dependable and reliable
- Strong time management and organizational ability
- Good communication with other staff members
- Ability to manage workflow and priorities different tasks
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Competent computer skills, especially Excel/Google sheets
- Keen eye for detail
- Fluent in either French, Italian, German, Dutch or all four
