Job Description
Support the smooth running of the school by providing general clerical and administrative support as required
To be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the school
To liaise and communicate effectively with students, staff, governors, parents and outside agencies
Prepare and maintain manual and computerized data records
To assist with the monitoring and maintenance of stock
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working within an administrative role
Professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Good general standard of education (GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths) and IT proficiency
