Job Description
- Ability to lead and work in the “unknown” and deal with a high amount of ambiguity during certain phases of transformation.
- Ability to lead others through the change process in an agile way to achieve results.
- Can devise test scenarios in the new system environment to test the end-to-end process before implementation.
- Can critique and test the new systems to identify gaps and weaknesses in the testing phase before implementation.
- Provide first-level sign-off country requirements and solution acceptance as part of test activities.
- Ability to deliver consistent messages and to perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and influence others by creating and utilizing networks and trustful relationships
- Provide feedback and input on the required localization of training material.
- To review all policies and procedures for a country relevant to BOT and sign off acceptance to apply.
- Perform end-user training and support.
- Understand and navigate integrations to enable the identification of root causes if issues arise.

- Experience of R2R Record to Report
- SAP S/4Hanna experience or implementation experience
- Qualified Financial Accountant / FC background - ACCA
- Self-starter
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills and managing stakeholders' engagement
- SAP S/4Hana UAT testing, paralleling running and implementation of this platform experience
