Job Description

You will make an important contribution to WaterAid's global strategy by providing high quality administration across the full spectrum of HR including, recruitment, processes, systems, and general UK People Team projects and initiatives.

This role is critical in ensuring the provision of a customer centric service to all staff across company, as well the internal stakeholders in the UK People Team.

You will also:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all general enquiries into the UK People Team via our central inboxes, responding and escalating in the team as appropriate.
  • Provide a friendly and customer centric response on enquiries such as our People benefits, forms, processes and documents.
  • Support employees in using our HR Information System.
  • Undertake accurate data inputting onto our HR Information System.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of working as an HR administrator in a busy (office/ professional) environment whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills, dealing with a wide variety of internal/external customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, confidently and effectively.
  • Analytical and methodical way of working with an aptitude for problem solving and excellent attention to detail.
