Job Description
You will make an important contribution to WaterAid's global strategy by providing high quality administration across the full spectrum of HR including, recruitment, processes, systems, and general UK People Team projects and initiatives.
This role is critical in ensuring the provision of a customer centric service to all staff across company, as well the internal stakeholders in the UK People Team.
You will also:
- Act as the central point of contact for all general enquiries into the UK People Team via our central inboxes, responding and escalating in the team as appropriate.
- Provide a friendly and customer centric response on enquiries such as our People benefits, forms, processes and documents.
- Support employees in using our HR Information System.
- Undertake accurate data inputting onto our HR Information System.
