Job Description
Dealing with all telephone calls that are received and advising them in a professional manor
Liaising with Officers who make contact for advice
Compiling prosecution files as soon as possible and liaising directly with the authority’s legal team
Upon receiving updates from the council’s solicitor, inputting the data within the court outcome (e.g., Costs, Fine, Victim Surcharge)
If administering any Waste related sites, to ensure that compliance is met and that all jobs are reported back to the client within 24 hours
Abstracting any reported fly-tipped waste and plotting it on the respective sheet.
Liaising with the Waste Inspection Team for updates to ensure the register is being updated throughout the day
Investigating any evidence relayed back to you and closing Service Requests as and when required
Consciously ensuring that any Reminder Letters relating to Duty of Care related offences are compiled
Ensuring the Duty of Care register is kept up to date
Liaising with the client with regards to any queries or updates
On a monthly basis, conducting a complete audit of the sites
