Job Description

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for;

• Compilation and analysis of detailed monthly management accounts, highlighting any risk or opportunities
• Managing & improving the accuracy of financial accounting procedures and reporting processes
• Management & development of the accounts team (admin, accounts receivable, payable & cash/payroll processing)
• Providing financial analysis to support the Finance and Operations teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• You will have strong financial experience and operational exposure gained within ideally a manufacturing environment
• You will be an innovative, diplomatic, decisive, resourceful, and effective communicator
• You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) with excellent management, planning and systems skills
• Experience of managing & developing a team
