Job Description

You will normally be expected to undertake a broad range of duties and responsibilities, which can include:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Registering accruals and depreciation when necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of VAT & CIS returns.
  • Reconciliation of finance accounts and intercompany balances.
  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
  • Assist with developing cash flow forecast.
  • Processing invoices & expense forms.
  • Any other finance tasks as reasonably required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner with previous experience of a construction environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, Power Point; Coins, SAP.
  • Knowledge of all bookkeeping and accounting functions and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals across departments and liaise with external customers and contacts.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to priorities a varied workload.
  • Hold or be studying towards a relevant accountancy qualification.
  • Demonstrated skill in team working and collaboration.
