Job Description
  • Provide first class support within a busy call center environment to customers via telephone, chat or email
  • Taking Inbound calls (approximately 25-35 calls a day)
  • Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide a fantastic customer service
  • Achieve and maintain call handling and quality based statistics
  • Working towards monthly targets, i.e. call handling times and customer satisfaction targets, attendance and time keeping
  • Effective use of the systems and tools available to the Support Centre
  • Track and document information regarding customers and their queries in call tracking database
  • Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members
  • Working on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am – 9pm Monday to Sunday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening
  • Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide support
  • Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Resilient and calm with an ability to assist customers and drive brand loyalty
  • Leaving certificate or equivalent
