Job Description

• Your role is to deliver consistent, high quality and professional services to customers booking cargo on our vessel shipping service from Ireland to other parts of Europe.
• Among other tasks, you will take bookings from our customers and process these bookings in our operational system;
• Your responsibilities will involve shipping, documentation and liaising with Continental office for deliveries.
• You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
• You will also handle any administration involved with the job and may be expected to work from other locations from time to time.
• Where we do encounter service failures you will be expected to proactively find the root cause of these service failures and take corrective action.

Full-Time, Permanent, Site-Based, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexibility is required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• The role requires fluency in English verbally and in writing, a can-do and professional attitude.
• Relevant experience in logistics and in similar roles is essential.
• We expect potential applicants to be computer literate.
